18906399270A large number of studies have shown that the specific biological functions of GAGs are achieved through the interactions between the functional domains with specific structures and target proteins. For example, heparin molecules can inhibit factor Xa through the interaction of a special pentasaccharide structure NS(6S)-GlcA-GlcNS(3S,6S)-IdoA(2S)-GlcNS(6S) with antithrombin ATIII. In order to meet customers' needs for study on the structure-activity relationships of various GAGs, we use heparinase I/II to degrade heparin and fractionate the digests by gel filtration and anion exchange HPLC to prepare heparin oligosaccharides and low molecular weight fractions with specific size or structure. At the same time, we can also use various unique structure-selective degrading enzymes and modifying enzymes to customize heparin oligosaccharides and low molecular weight fractions with special structural features according to customer needs.
